We are kicking off our SmartMint monthly art contest to celebrate talented creators and foster the growth of the NFT digital art community.
The contest will take place on the SmartMint Art Contest Discord channel. Every quarter, participants have the opportunity to showcase their original NFTs that are voted on by the community. Winners will earn prizes and the chance to engage with the community via Pastel’s social channels.
Contest rules and guidelines are described below. Good Luck!
Submission Process:
1. Mint an NFT of an original digital artwork via Pastel’s SmartMint within the same month that the contest is being held.
2. Post a tweet showcasing your NFT with the following tags and mentions: #smartmintartcontest @smartmint_ @pastelnetwork
3. Complete the submission form here.
NFT Guidelines:
To be eligible, all participants must adhere to following guidelines:
-The NFT must be minted via SmartMint within the same month that the contest is being held.
-The NFT must be an original creation of the submitting participant.
-Each NFT and related digital art can only be submitted once.
-The NFT must be NSFW-safe.
Note: Creators can mint their NFT via either a Drop or Collection contract, and the NFT can live on any SmartMint-supported network like Ethereum or Solana.
Contest & Voting Process:
-At the end of each contest, we will select all NFTs for participants who properly meet the Submission Process and NFT Guidelines.
-Within the first week of the following month, we will share all eligible NFTs from the prior month’s submissions in the Art Contest channel.
-The community will have 3 days to vote on their favorite digital art.
-After voting ends, we will announce the winners. A Pastel team member will DM the winners to receive their prizes.
Note: Each community member can only vote once per month.
